Stella Residences - SOLD OUT!
The Stella Residences, a 6-unit infill development in Central Phoenix, was the second community the Velocity Group was hired to do the sales and marketing for and the first community the Velocity Group sold out. Hired by the Construction Zone in early 2009, the modern loft community was officially sold out in November of 2010. During tough economic times, and a slow real estate market, the Velocity Group was able to sell out the Stella Residences for 99% of the respective gross list price of all units.
Mezzo Loft Condos - SOLD OUT!
The Mezzo Loft Condos was the first community the Velocity Group was hired to do the sales and marketing for. Designed by world renowned architect Will Bruder and built by the Construction Zone, these unique modern architecture loft condos are set to sell out in December of 2010. Originally hired by O'Companies in early 2008 for the sales and marketing of the community, the Velocity Group fought hard to sell each and every unit. In one of the toughest economic climates of our lifetime, the Velocity Group stayed true to their original committment to sell the units in a time where other sales teams simply cancelled listings and moved on to other endeavors. The 10-unit community sold out in December of 2010 for 99.4% of the respective gross list price of all units.
Skye|15|Lofts
The Velocity Group identified the Skye|15|Lofts (at the time known as 'Tempe Urban Living') as a distressed community and facilitated the introduction of their client Triton Properties to the respective representatives of the property owner. Upon Triton Properties aquisition of the 15 unit community, the Velocity Group began their sales and marketing campaign to sell units. In the first 6 months of marketing the property, the Velocity Group has sold 5 units all at their respective list price - a sales figure that far out performs the industry average for new construction sales in the Tempe market.
