Greg Kilroy

Greg graduated from the University of Arizona in 1992 with dual majors in Real Estate and Finance. After working in the bicycle industry as a territory manager for 8 years, he eventually made the transition to Real Estate, to put into practice some of that education. In 2004, Greg was named Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Arizona, and recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal that same year, in the Real Estate Superstars Awards. Greg has been part of the Keller Williams Arizona Faculty Staff since 2004, having taught several hundred agents. Greg’s belief in education has also seen him pursue additional learning opportunities, always looking to increase the value to his clients. Greg has attended more than 300 hours of non-required education, specific to the practice of Real Estate. His advanced certifications include the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert),  CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), and he recently obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). Greg prides himself in his level of customer service, his knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate contracts and ability to structure those documents to the protection of his clients, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively.

Austin King

Born and raised in Phoenix, Austin is one of the rare people you’ll meet who is actually a native to the valley of the sun. At the young age of 19, Austin was selected as a member of the U.S. National Cycling Team and given the privilege to represent his country in competition throughout Europe. For the next five years, Austin fought hard to reach his goals and obtain his dream of signing a professional cycling contract. The same work ethic, discipline, and determination that it took for him to become a professional athlete is visible in his passion and drive to excel as your realtor. Through attention to detail, and an empathetic approach, his new goal is surpassing the expectations of your real estate experience. Austin's advanced certifications include the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist)
