Greg Kilroy is the Founder and Co-Owner of the Velocity Group at Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living, A residential Real Estate Firm. Greg has served on his office ALC 16 times, has won the office Culture Award twice, and has been a MAPS Mastery Coaching Client for over 12 years. The Velocity Group has recently joined with PLACE as a partner in their Real Estate business (still with KW).
Greg is a strong believer in training and education and has obtained the professional designations as a GRI, CNE, ABR, CLHMS, CDPE, and AHD. He LOVES negotiation and reads/practices/trains all he can to improve that critical area of his business. In 2024, Greg became a Keller Williams University Approved Trainer.
Greg now partners the team with his wife Ellen Fankhanel Kilroy, along with two other licensed team members, and a licensed full time assistant. Their team focuses on Architectural and Luxury Properties, and in working primarily by referral, they help good people at ALL PRICE POINTS. Now having closed over $350 Million in transactions, they are among the most experienced real estate agents in the Greater Phoenix Area..
A former amateur bicycle racer, Greg now rides mountain and road bikes for fun. He has backpacked the 800 mile Arizona Trail, the 240 mile John Muir Trail, and completed his first marathon and ultra-marathon in 2024.
