Highest praise for Greg and his team! We were looking for a home in Phoenix, while living in Los Angeles and we were not very familiar with the city. And, we had very particular search criteria that were not easily translated into real estate websites (good bones, mature trees, etc.). Greg helped us get oriented in the city and offered great information as we looked at houses (evidence of termites, proximities, distances, and insight into issues to be more/less worried about). He knows the city and the context very well. Greg is also incredibly responsive. We found a house that we thought had great potential, but also knew that it was going to go quickly. Greg went to the property, facetimed with us as he walked through the house. Because of this quick response, we were able to put in a bid in a timely way and ended up getting the house. He also has a great network of consultants (inspectors, pool people, engineers, etc.) and has a stellar reputation in real estate and architecture circles. His team helped us through the process, keeping us informed and giving a heads up to avoid any issues before they became problems.

Many years ago, our Colorado realtor recommended Greg Kilroy as a contact for help in the purchase of a rental for our daughter, while she attended ASU. It was such a pleasant experience, that when it was time to sell, we did not hesitate to call Greg and his team for their assistance again; they have been professional, personal and could not have been more helpful in the sale of our rental condo in Tempe. We live out of state, and therefore, only spoke with Greg, Ellen and Brittny on the phone or in emails, yet we felt like they were accessible and responsive at all times. Our renters had less than a month left on the lease when we listed and Greg and his team took great care to make sure they were not inconvenienced and felt comfortable, while still taking advantage of the good showing/selling window around graduation. Ellen was a delightful person to work with. She is extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Ellen was able to help us purchase a lot to build a home. Greg Kilroy did an excellent job of listing and selling our home. He was very knowledgeable and, unlike other agents we interviewed, everything he said and did was backed up by facts.
